CONSULTATIONS

We offer complimentary consultation to all clients. All of our colour services require an allergy test 48 hours before treatment. Whilst reactions are very rare, different people react to different ingredients so we cannot stress enough the importance of an allergy test before a colour service at Hare & Bone. Please contact our Front of House Team to arrange an appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our time, like yours, is precious, so we do require 48 hours ’notice for cancelling appointments otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be payable. We will always send out a text reminder 48 hours before your appointment time to remind you to cancel your appointment in plenty of time to rebook for a more convenient time (and avoid the charge).

GIFT VOUCHERS

Treat your friends and loved ones to the full Hare & Bone experience. Bespoke packages can be created to make the perfect, tailor-made gift. Further information can be obtained from Front of House in person or by email. They are valid for 12 months.
